The following income disclaimer applies to the use and sale of any and all digital products ("The Lady Wealth Warrior") provided by Mic Drop Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the Product.
All songs created by Mic Drop Media are original works and remain the intellectual property of Mic Drop Media, LLC. Each school purchasing a Fight Song Package is granted a non-exclusive license to use the completed songs for school-related activities, including but not limited to: pep rallies, athletic events, banquets, fundraising activities, non-sport team usage like band/drama/competitive academic activities and social media posts during the designated school year.
Songs may include specific references to the school name, mascot, and senior athletes as provided by the Booster Club or school representative. Because songs are personalized with senior athlete names, they are intended for one-year use only.
Schools may download, share, and perform the songs for their community, but they may not resell, redistribute, or alter the recordings without prior written consent from Mic Drop Media. Songs are listed on iTunes or other digital platforms for download, with revenues collected and distributed in accordance with Mic Drop Media policies.
As an added benefit, Booster Clubs will receive $0.25 for every iTunes download of their custom songs, creating an ongoing fundraising opportunity.
By approving the final version of a song, the school acknowledges and agrees to these usage terms.
